About 200 attended the protest in Tucson on Sunday, March 24, 2013. deliveringforamerica.com reported, “On all accounts, the March 24th Delivering for America rallies were a resounding success. Initial reports coming in from the field tally close to 3,000 attendees in NYC, 1,000 in Chicago, 250 in Rhode Island and 100 in South Dakota! The US Postal Service has been a bright spot in the history of this nation, always profitable, well operated, consistent and affordable. The very reason that privateers would like to get their greedy hands on the service!

Congress has the fate of the postal service in its hands. They can save it or dismantle the service to cater to private corporations.  We cannot afford to let our Sisters and Brothers go undefended while their very livelihood is under attack.

Join the American Postal Workers Union, the National Association of Letter Carriers, the National Postal Mailhandlers Union, Occupy Tucson, and Jobs with Justice to Demand:

SAVE the POSTAL SERVICE!
