Thus I claim the Public Notice of the Arizona Department of Environmental Qualities (ADEQ) proposal to issue Air Quality Control Permit no. 55223 to Rosemont Copper Co. for a copper mine to be located at Vail, Pima County. The fix is In, of course, despite all the conclusive and grim research studies of many kinds are being ignored and whammed by rhetoric.
